The Cy-Fair Storm Select 16U girl’s fast-pitch softball team is entering our 2008-2009 tournament season. We represent the Cy-Fair Girls Athletic Association (CFGAA) in competitive tournament play in the Greater Houston Area, the State of Texas and National tournament play as well. There is no doubt that many of these young ladies will one day attend college on academic and athletic scholarships. Each of these girls has accepted the challenge to work hard to compete at the highest level. Our goal is to support these girls' commitments and provide them with the opportunity to develop their skills for competition at the highest level. This season, our team will travel the Greater Houston Area, the State of Texas and nationally to compete in ASA, NSA, AFA, USSSA, NFSA and USFA tournaments.

The Cy-Fair Storm is seeking your assistance in the form of donations to defray expenses in our quest to compete at the highest level in these major tournaments. Our expenses include uniforms, equipment, tournament fees, umpire fees, association fees, team insurance and travel expenses. The projected cost to support our team for the 2008-2009 season to be approximately $25,000.

All donations are always greatly appreciated. Donations of $100 or more will be listed on the sponsor's page of our website. Donations of $200 or more will receive a Sponsor's plaque and website listing. Donations of $300 or more will receive a Sponsor's plaque, website listing and donor name on the team banner to be displayed at all tournaments. Donations of $550 or more will receive a Sponsor's plaque, a BANNER listing on the team website and donor name on the team banner. Individual sponsorships for team equipment, uniforms or tournaments will receive additional recognition for their donation.

Our team, as an affiliate of CFGAA, is a publicly supported 501 (c) (3) organization as defined by the IRS. As such, donors may deduct contributions to the extent that their contributions are gifts, with no consideration received in accordance with requirements outlined in Section 170 of the IRS Code. Checks can be given to any team player or parent or mailed to the address below. Please make checks payable to Cy-Fair Storm.
